The star added to the list of people who wore the Filipinana is none other than Korean actress and model, Hoyeon Jung.
Just two weeks ago, Hoyeon Jung landed in the Philippines for a fan meet and greet. The Emmy-nominated actress, who isn’t a stranger to baggy silhouettes reminiscent of the classic ‘80s, was seen wearing a beige color coordinated ‘fit finished with a muted yellow and blue decorated tie.
Her second look however, was quite a shocker to see. Posted by her stylist Aeri Yun, Hoyeon Jung was clad in a short Filipiniana barong dress. The stylist opted for the classic natural white piece decorated with handwoven embroideries and the dainty puffed up sleeves. Her look was then finished with gold accessories and a simple pair of black heels.
