Uncomplicated beauty—this is what BLK Cosmetics is all about. Launched by multi-hyphenate Anne Curtis alongside businesswoman Jacqe Yuengtian Gutierrez, BLK has created makeup collections and products that are simple, fun, and for everyone.
Out of all the local makeup brands, one might wonder what makes BLK Cosmetics different from the others. BLK stands for the color black—a color that is “timeless, elegant, and uncomplicated.” And this has been BLK’s aim for every collection they have launched since their inception. The brand also aims to empower women (as well as anyone who wants to wear makeup) to feel confident with themselves through BLK products. Not only that, BLK Cosmetics also champions their love for the environment, being one of the few local products to be cruelty-free certified by PETA.
Launched in 2017, BLK Cosmetics has since launched numerous collections—from K-Beauty to Anne Curtis’ Wedding Look to unisex mak-up products. And from what we’ve seen, we can’t wait for what BLK Cosmetics has in store for us.
