The truth is, fitness is more than just looking good. It is loving your body to take care of it through maintaining good food choices and a manageable fitness routine. Being healthy is about forming habits in your mind to strengthen your body and soul.

This year, Century Tuna Superbods encourages everyone to love strong. And two people achieved in showing how loving yourself results to building a strong body—Christelle Abello and Kirk Bondad.

For several weeks, the finalists of the Century Tuna Superbods had to face several challenges in order to prove that they had what it took to represent a super body. And both Abello and Bondad proved their determination to be this year’s grand winners.

Aside from being this year’s Superbod, Christelle represented the province of Aklan at the Miss Universe Philippines 2021, joining once again after MUPH 2020. She was also Ginebra San Miguel’s 2020 Calendar Girl.

For Christelle, she says strong to love strong.

Looking for a challenging workout? Why not try Christelle’s routine in achieving her body?

Meanwhile, Kirk Bondad has also tried his luck in pageantry and will be representing our country in Mr. World 2022.

For him, to love strong is loving yourself to be able to share yourself with the people you love.

As grand winners, both Bondad and Abello won a PHP 500,000 apart from their other prizes. Gee Plamanco Jr. and Michelle Arceo were this year’s runners-up, getting PHP 200,00.
