We’re sure you’ve seen this place before. Maybe it was during BJ Pascual’s Muses Video with Liza Soberano or in Alex Gonzaga’s Bridal Photos for Joe San Antonio. Wherever it was, we’re sure you’d remember, because this place is unmistakable. The floor to ceiling glass windows, all white interior, and IG-worthy decor sets it apart from other studios. But, where is it and how can you find it? The name of the of the creatives hub, my dear reader, is Lucas Studio. Also, you can find it at 27 P. Tuazon, corner Lakandula, Quezon City. The best part is anyone can rent out the space for their own creative discretion. However, before you do, here are a few fun facts you should know about Lucas Studios.

  • There’s a cafe inside the studio.
If there’s one thing creatives need during an early call time, it’s coffee. That’s why a cafe inside the studio is a God send. You can order anything from Oreo Frappuccinos to a good old fashioned Iced Latte.

  • You can opt for closed controlled light.
Versatility is important for any studio. You need a space that is perfect for ambient lighting and has the option for closed controlled light. You would want to have as much freedom in your shoot as you can.

  • The studio was designed to have a New York feel.
Lucas Studios reminds me so much of the Orseund Iris office that keeps popping up on my Instagram feed. It’s open, minimalistic, and very chic. So, even if you aren’t the one being shot, you could still sneak in a mirror selfie or two.
  • There are three floors available for free parking.
We all know how expensive parking can be. Plus, if you’re having a whole day shoot with your team, you’d have to pay for a minimum of 5 hours of parking. In any other location, that could reach you up to around P300. In Lucas Studios, it’s all for free.
  • The newest MEGAStyle cover featuring Christine Samson and Bianca Yao was shot in Lucas Studio.
Thought we went to a deserted parking lot to achieve the post-apocalyptic shots of Christine? Far from that. We were at the comforts of Lucas Studios. In the afternoon, we were able to completely switch up the lighting for Bianca’s futuristic photoshoot.
