Although, the morning of June 3, the internet world was rocked with a rumor that shocked K-drama fans. Korean hallyu actress Jun Ji Hyun with hit movies and dramas like My Sassy Girl and My Love From Another Star, trended in different social media platforms. The Fans thought a new exciting news about the actress came out, but it was the opposite because divorce rumors was circulating instead.

A video uploaded by “Garo Sero Institute” on June 2 claimed that the couple were on the verge of divorce, and that they were living separately. A lot of people took the bait and believed this. They’re quick to express their disappointments saying, “how can someone cheat on Jun Ji Hyun?”, “There’s really no true love”.

Jun Ji Hyun tied the knot with her non-celebrity childhood sweetheart, Choi Joon Hyuk, in April 2012. Later the couple was blessed with two sons who are 3 and 5 years of age. That’s why this rumor devastates many especially in the recent years— many Korean couples broke up and also divorced like Song Joong Ki and Song Hye Kyo; Ahn Jae Hyun and Gu Hye Sun.

Although, on the same day, Jun Ji Hyun’s agency denied the rumors of divorce. Her agency, Culture Depot, was reported to take legal action against the spread of false informations. Whatever the truth is, the fans can only hope what’s best for the actress.
