It’s been a big beauty year for Hailey Bieber. In June 2022, the model released her most-anticipated skincare line, Rhode. It was set to be categorized with the rest of the celebrity-owned brands until fans began to acknowledge the model’s impossibly glossy complexion. It was the moment that placed her line’s ultra-hydrating formulas back on the map. Hailey immediately coined the term “Glazed Donut Skin,” and embraced the delicious title as her beauty signature. Soon enough, the model integrated the dewy finish to her lip look and nail designs, which punctuated the impact of the glazed movement on the beautyverse.

Hailey Bieber’s glazed beauty signature has become a cult-favorite. In August, the model made a case for a new iteration called the Brownie Glazed Lips and introduced it as the new autumnal essential. However, it’s nothing new. In fact, the concept originated from black and brown communities, and are synonymous with personalities like Halle Berry, Naomi Campbell, and Pamela Anderson.
As luck would have it, Hailey shared how to achieve the coveted look. The model began lining her lips with a brown liner. And from there, she drew a line in the middle of her lips and gently smudged it with her fingers to create a natural wash of color. The glazed finish is in care of Rhode’s best-selling Peptide Lip Treatment. Although, any non-sticky lip gloss can work as an alternative.
Glazed Donuts Nails
Glazed donut nails are named the biggest manicure trend of the year. Mostly, it is prefaced by a white polish embellished with a high-gloss chrome. However, it can also be rendered into any look that best matches your preference. Incorporating the multidimensional finish to a neutral polish renders a minimal appeal, while vivid hues deliver a bolder look. Take Hailey Bieber, for example. The model got creative with her polish to match the season.
