Sofitel’s Flavors of the World—an epicurean celebration of international cuisine now introduces Korean food for this month’s installment, calling it a SEOUL-ful Gastronomy at Spiral.
Soon to make a guest appearance in Sofitel is Master Chef Hyeon Cheol Joo in the popular Korean atelier of Spiral. Chef Joo began his culinary journey in the Ritz-Carlton Seoul in 2013 and has traveled the globe, bringing Korean food to the international roundtable. He is also the head chef of the Korean table of In Style—Seoul Dragon City’s stylish buffet restaurant.
Girls who love to binge-watch their favorite Korean dramas know that sumptuous food starts and ends with fresh kimchi and endless helpings of bulgogi and samgyupsal. Chef Joo elevates Korean cuisine further with his take on the classic Korean dishes like bibimbap, assorted pancakes, and barbequed meat dishes.
