We all know what Regine Velasquez-Alcasid is known for: her unforgettable voice. This year, however, MEGA’s January cover girl ventures into another longtime passion. As a self-confessed beauty enthusiast, she is thrilled to enter another chapter of her life as the newest face of BYS Cosmetics.

During her cover shoot with MEGA, the star left everyone in awe by impressively applying her own makeup for all four looks. Each was inspired by a fashionable era–the 60s, 70s, 80s and 90s–and was easily achieved using BYS Cosmetics’ new eye shadow palettes.
Velasquez-Alcasid first used BYS’ Nude 4 Eyeshadow Palette to replicate the eye makeup of the 60s–nude tones, a cat-eye and ultra-lengthy lashes. To perfectly complement the boho chic look reminiscent of the 70s, she went for an earthy, sun-kissed glow using the Peach 2 Eyeshadow Palette. The 80s, on the other hand, was all about bold brights. For this look, the star used the Euphoria Eyeshadow Palette, which features every vibrant shade of the rainbow. Last but definitely not the least, Velasquez-Alcasid brought out the edginess of the 90s with the metallics and dark tones of the Rebel Eyeshadow Palette.
