Bistronomia Group’s Rambla opens a new branch at Salcedo Village and introduces catering services to reach farther and wider for your Barcelonian cravings.
The Bistronomia Group has been serving us the best of Spanish cuisine through their many successful and unique concept restaurants and boutiques. From the unforgettable dining experiences at Las Flores and Tomatito to the on-the-go snacks that rocked the food trends with La Lola Churreria, Bistronomia only produces well-crafted dishes in restaurants and boutiques that are both ironically to live and die for. As the group expands their selections, the group added another branch to Rambla and another venture we’ve all been waiting for: Rambla Catering.
Rambla Cocina Moderna
Extending their reach, Rambla opens a new branch at Salcedo Village, Makati. More than the taste of Barcelona served to us in plates of satisfyingly good dishes, the new branch offers additions to the menu exclusive to this venue.
For their Tapas Frias selection, enjoy the new Salmon Tartar in Japanese Dressing and Truffle Oil with Crab Roe and Yuca Chips (P695), and the Foie Terrine with Sweet Pumpkin Yogurt and PX Reduction (P850). Adding to their Tapas Calientes menu are the Gambas Al Ajillo & Shitake Mushrooms (P695), Grilled Spanish Octopus with Confit Potato & Paprika Sauce (P995), and Bocadillo de Butifarra, Catalan sausage sandwich with lime alioli & shitake onions (P475).
Taste the new Croquettas de Txangurro which are crab croquettes with salmon sashimi (P495), and potatoes with alioli and spicy sauce called Patatas Bravas (P295). The Gulas with Garlic Sauce, Iberian Ham & Sous Vide Egg (P995), and the Ensalada La Rambla with greens, fresh apples, radish, cherry tomatoes & red onions (P375) are just a few to freshen your palette in the new menu.
Their mains also offer new dishes but two dishes stand out for an exceptional Rambla experience: the Paella Negra Con Chipirones which is black paella with squid and alioli (P790), and Pella Iberica, Iberian meats in mushroom paella (P1800).
But what’s Rambla without its famous La Coctelera? Different from its Rockwell branch, the Salcedo Village branch has its La Coctelera set in the middle of the restaurant. The branch separates two sections that front both Tordesillas St. and Bautista St. Not to mention, this branch also has a mezzanine for private functions.
Speaking of private functions, Rambla with their extensive menu and delectable choices of wine and liquor expand to go where the party is at. Their catering services offer fun and casual catering for your private events with a flexible menu and setup, all designed to meet your F&B requirements. From something as huge as corporate events to intimate gatherings like birthdays and reunions, Rambla is sure to bring everything they’re well-known for and more.
Through Rambla Catering, Clients can mix and match from the services they offer: beverage stations that range from gin & tonic carts to sangria bars and wines, cold cuts and cheese station, La Parilla (the grill), a paella station, Jamon station, postres or churros station, and a tapas bar. Not to mention, clients can book their very own executive head chef to craft the menu especially for them.
