Signature scents are no stranger to anyone’s beauty vocabulary. As a matter of fact, the term encapsulates one’s relationship with a fragrance and even serves as an extension of an identification. A whiff acts as a silent introduction to a wearer’s personality or at times, a persona they want to portray. The right fragrance also leaves an imprint, a long-lasting impression that a wearer would be remembered for. However, finding one is not an easy task.

Laura Jhane: Jo Malone London Vetiver & Golden Vanilla Cologne Intense, and Chanel No. 5 Eau de Parfum

Laura unveiled that she is a fan of layering scents. “I love the smell of vanilla, so for my base, I use Jo Malone London Vetiver & Golden Vanilla, and layer it with Chanel No. 5 for a hint of fresh flowers,” she shared in an interview. “I think that our scents tell a lot about our personalities, and I’d consider myself as someone easy going, which is probably why I’m attracted to these lighter scents.”

Tuti Macready: Carolina Herrera Good Girl Suprême Eau de Parfum

A stiletto-shaped fragrance can be easily spotted on Tuti’s vanity table. According to the model herself, “It was what I’d call my first “big girl” perfume. I chose this perfume for my 18th birthday, looking specifically for a strong vanilla scent. I’m a vanilla girl all the way and I don’t think that’ll change any time soon. I wear it only on special days or events so that those memories will seal itself with this fragrance forever.”

Sophia Aguado: Elizabeth Arden White Tea Eau de Parfum

Meanwhile, a crisp floral scent captured the approval of Sophia. She excitedly shared, “The Elizabeth Arden White Tea Eau de Parfum! It has classic white tea notes, [an] amber wood musk smell, and a light hint of upcycled rose water. Smells very warm and elegant.”

Chucel Njigha: Baccarat Rouge 540 Eau de Parfum

Baccarat Rouge 540 easily matched the sensory preference of Chucel. In a quick chat, she shared, “It leaves a luxuriously soft and woody but floral scent on the skin. I’ve gotten so many compliments on it, and am currently on my second bottle.”

Cassandra Laforteza: Miss Dior Eau de Parfum

Miss Dior is a staple for Cassandra’s perfume library. “I love using my Miss Dior,” she expressed. “It makes me feel seductive and sweet at the same time. I love the powdery scent, which I feel makes it romantic.”

Ica Dy: Chanel Chance Eau de Parfum and Jo Malone Mimosa & Cardamom

Vogue Philippines’ latest cover girl Ica revealed the two scents on rotation—“I love my Chanel Chance. It’s been my perfume ever since I was in third-year high school, and I know scents do bring memories back. It has been with me [for] important events, travels, and other good memories!” Alongside, the model also shared how her second-favorite scent is one that she considers love-at-first-smell. “I also love my Jo Malone Mimosa & Cardamom. I wanted to save up for it, [but] my mom bought it eventually in Thailand, which brings me back to that trip with my family.”

Alexie Brooks: Ralph Lauren Polo Blue Eau de Parfum and Dior J’adore Eau de Parfum

Alexie’s olfactory choice complements the side they want to tap in. “I use Polo Blue by Ralph Lauren when the masculine side of myself is more outspoken,” they revealed. “For me, this perfume is incredibly fresh and clean, making it ideal for date evenings with my girlfriend or other occasions where I wear casual attire. I enjoy using it since I get a soothing and simply rich smell vibe from it.” In contrast, Alexie picks a classic favorite from Dior, as well. “I use J’Adore, which has a really sophisticated, self-assured, and contemporary perfume, on the opposite part of myself, which is my feminine side. I would also use this on date nights, girls night, when I’m hosting or attending events, or even on the runway.”

Kaoru Kimura: Cloud by Ariana Grande Eau De Parfum

Ariana Grande’s crowd-favorite fragrance perfectly matches Kaoru’s scent search. “ I loved this perfume a lot! It wasn’t overpowering at all, and it had a mature aroma to it,” she shared. “This perfume didn’t lose its smell during the day. When I use this scent, I always get praises! It’s one of my favorite perfumes and it’s sweet and light.”

Justine Llanera: Chanel No. 5 Eau de Parfum

Chanel No. 5 also captured the admiration of Justine. “It’s the epitome of feminine beauty,” she described the fragrance. “It makes me feel in control and its musky powdery scent radiates one’s fearlessness.”
