While Kris Aquino shot down his interest to court her last year, it looks like she’s giving him a try this time around.
Almost a year ago, Kris Aquino made a public invitation to suitors, aged 41-55, to add her personal Facebook account. She captioned in an Instagram post, “I only have eight friends so far. Anybody there na gustong i-friend ako privately?”
She also defined that “single men” includes those who are widowed, divorced, legally separated, or annulled. In fact, she admits that if you’re a “doctor (especially a rheumatoid, immunology, allergy specialist, neurologist, anesthesiologist, pain management specialist, or cardiologist) promise accept agad ang friend request.”
Apparently, this news got to Batangas Vice Governor Mark Leviste, which signalled him to openly express his interest in Kris Aquino. However, the Queen of All Media was simply determined to turn down his proposal on Instagram.
Leviste can be seen commenting, “I choose you,” on one of her photos. But the TV-host replies with a simple, “no thank you, no offense.” And not only that, but Kris Aquino also responded with a question clarifying Leviste’s romantic affair with celebrity doctor Cathy Valencia.
Tagging Valencia on the comment, “di ba siya ang pinopormahan mo? I’m in negotiations with her now… Baka mawala pa e good offer pa naman,” Kris adds. Although, Valencia replies to her in the same thread of comments that they are just friends and only want to remain as it is.
Fast forward today, MEGA Entertainment just recently spotted that Kris Aquino went out on a dinner date last night with Vice Governor Mark Leviste, finally becoming the Queen of All Media’s newest suitor. But they were with two other people at People’s Palace in Greenbelt, Makati.
According to sources, he also frequents the lobby of a serviced residence in BGC where Kris is currently residing. Because of this, Kris finally agreed to meet with the vice governor because he truly insists on taking her out.
But the real question is, will we see the next chapter of this love story? We’ll just have to wait and see for now.
