Kelsey Merritt made history for being the first ever Filipino to walk down the highly-anticipated Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show runway.
Merritt, 21, confirmed the news that she is booked for the show along with other famous VS models and angels this year. The Fil-Am model posted a photo of her holding a bouquet while blissfully crying in her Instagram account.
Merritt extended her gratitude to everyone including her family, friends, and managers who supported her throughout the journey. The Victoria’s Secret Fashion show usually takes place every end of the year with varieties of well-known artists and actors attending the event.
On the other hand, prior to Merritt, Miss Universe Philippines 2012 Janine Tugonon made an appearance in one of Victoria’s Secret promotional material.
