UPDATE: It’s official! Lovi Poe is returning to ABS-CBN!

The star had her contract signing on September 16 alongside with ABS-CBN president and CEO Carlo Katigbak, COO of broadcast Cory Vidanes, group CFO Rick Tan, Dreamscape Entertainment head Deo Endrinal, and Lovi’s talent manager Leo Dominguez.

ABS-CBN Entertainment also confirmed the news via Twitter with the caption: “Lovi Poe is now officially a Kapamilya! #JustLovi”

After the announcement, the actress showed her love to her former network, GMA-7, for 15 years in the industry.

Her first confirmed project is a local adaptation of the Korean drama thriller Flower of Evil alongside Piolo Pascual. It will be presented by Dreamscape Entertainment

Lovi Poe has been to and fro Los Angeles, California in the past months – but there could also be a new network destination she’s returning to.

There are now talks that the 30-year-old star is returning to ABS-CBN after Dreamscape Entertainment shared a telling teaser for a new talent.

“This September, timeless beauty, rare talent, showbiz royalty, a precious jewel, finds a new home,” their caption reads.

While there’s no official announcement just yet, Lovi has indeed been a rare gem in the showbiz industry. Recently, she had landed the role of British singer Dana Gillespie in the Hollywood film The Chelsea Cowboy opposite Alex Pettyfer.
