Ever wish you could dine like a royal?
This January, Sofitel Plaza Manila’s multi-awarded Spiral restaurant is presenting Le Grand Royal Brunch. Inspired by lavish and picturesque royal engagements, the brunch’s atmosphere is also enhanced with a runway show by fashion designer Albert Andrada, with its creative direction by Robby Carmona.
First, let us talk about the food, with each dish presenting a thematic culinary production. Dishes include Stuffed Bai Hua Fish Maw, a premium collagen-rich dish in China that promotes a healthier complexion, Grilled Stuffed Squid with Aubergine Salsa that features fresh produce from the country, and the Korean Grilled Beef Kalibi, featuring special-cut beef short rib wrapped with zucchini and chili bean paste. Guests can also enjoy by Spiral’s live music while sipping on free-flowing champagne.
In addition to this brunch, international fashion designer Albert Andrada is set to present an elegant collection this Sunday, January 28. He revealed that his collection is inspired by a haute couture tea party, which perfectly goes with the brunch’s theme.
Being a special quarterly offer this 2018, Le Grand Royal Brunch is set on the following dates: January 28, April 29, July 29 and October 28. Rate is set at P4,500 per person.
