H&M Studio’s latest AW21 collection is all about making a statement with fierce and unapologetic pieces.
During the pandemic, we’ve all opted for more comfortable wardrobe pieces like our favorite sweaters and comfiest trousers. Now that the end of lockdown is within reach, we’re not quite ready to let go of our comfy ensembles just yet—and it seems H&M Studio has read our minds.
Introducing their newest AW21 collection, H&M Studio dares you to reboot your style with eye-catching pieces. Inspired by a fearless muse, the collection features a combination of dramatic volumes, oversized pieces, streetwise loungewear, and crystal-studded accessories. Sultry lace underwear and stylish suits are also featured in the collection. Some pieces are also designed with a custom-designed “Queendom” print in a graffiti style writing, perfectly fit for an empowered new-gen queen.
The new collection is also all about volume, with a puffer jacket, puff-ball mini dress, and wide-legged trousers as key-pieces within the collection. “We were inspired by modern women who can command power in any situation, whether they’re wearing a pinstriped suit or lace underwear,” shares Linda Wikell, H&M Studio’s concept designer. “We wanted to create versatile designs that you can style to suit your mood, but that always hit you in the solar plexus—these are statement-making designs for confident women.”
Still giving an important note on comfort while being the most fashionable person in the room, Ann-Sofie Johansson, creative advisor at H&M shared, “It feels like the right time for a strong Studio collection designed to make you feel like a queen. Comfort is still key, but we’ve amped up the attitude with empowering pieces in ultra-comfortable fabrics to make you look and feel confident.”
The H&M Studio AW21 collection will be available at the H&M website from September 21.
