When entrepreneurs Jessica Wong and Betrina Lee ventured into placing Flossom Kitchen + Cafe first in San Juan, they were dedicated to provide extraordinary dining experience—modern comfort food, cozy ambiance, and quality service.
Now, browsing through their menu, here are the must-try dishes to order. For appetizers, bite into the crunchy Trash Can Nachos—corn tortillas with chili beef, corned beef, and skillet-grilled cheese. Breakfast choices, which can give you comfort at any time of the day include Ube Champorado drizzled with yema sauce or milk, and complementing flavors of tuyo and macapuno. Pizza lovers can go for the meaty goodness of Chicken BBQ Thick Crust Pizza—cheese pizza with brown sugar chicken bbq and garlic tomato sauce.
If you need to slide some carbs in your diet, try Tapa Aglio Olio—spaghetti tossed in mushroom, garlic, olive oil, and every Filipino favorite, beef tapa. You can go for a heavier option of a quarter pounder Angus Salisbury Steak with mushroom, sunny side-up egg, and rice to match your savory steak.
