Fire and ice collide as personalities from different industries come together to celebrate Tim Yap
On January 18th, the temperature in Admiral Hotel-Manila started off chill, but its atmosphere was definitely fiery hot as the entourage of celebrities and personalities arrived one by one—clad in glamorous outfits, channeling their own interpretations of fire and ice to align with the famed eventologist’s vision for the night.

The birthday bash showcased world class service for the guests—from the multi-course culinary meals prepared by Executive Chef Paul Lenz, the beautiful performances of LA-based singer Ryan Gallagher and GMA’s rising star Zephanie, to the spectacular fireworks display accompanied by music that left everyone mesmerized.
However, that wasn’t all. The attendees couldn’t help but be amazed as they were eventually escorted into a secret location through a hidden door behind a bookcase. It was like a portal leading to a different time and place like the lively but traditional streets of Hong Kong, thoughtfully curated with fiery cocktails, a noodle bar, an alley full of vintage lamps, and Chinese lanterns floating on the lobby’s ceiling. Undoubtedly, this surprise made the party an experience that was truly one of a kind.
It is safe to say that the fire and ice-themed extravaganza has reached its epitome of lavishness. But because there’s always something up Tim Yap’s sleeve, he added more meaning to the momentous event. To commemorate the special occasion, his party was actually a fundraiser, with proceeds going directly to Smile Train Philippines Foundation Inc., an organization close to Tim’s heart, and it has now widened its reach as he works on the cause alongside Director Javi Martinez and Pia Wurtzbach.
When it comes to throwing parties, one person stands out as an expert in the field. Over the years, Tim Yap has built a reputation for creating otherworldly celebrations that are visually stunning and perfectly executed from start to finish.
