Just like any queen, a red carpet was laid down as Miss Universe 2018 Catriona Gray finally arrived in Manila this afternoon. The crowd cheered as Gray finally stepped out the plane and did her first wave as the Miss Universe 2018.
Gray was then accompanied by Miss Universe staff, her glam team, former Ilocos Sur governor Chavit Singson, and his daughter Richelle Chavit who was one of the judges in Miss Universe 2018.
Upon arrival, Gray was wearing an Ivory Tuxedo with oversized lapels and skinny cut for a clean and crisp look that exudes power and purity of intention by young designer Chris Nick.
Gray and her team celebrated their return to the Philippines with champagne, cheese, and caviar.
The fourth Miss Universe titleholder is set to have a meet and greet members of the press at the Platinum Skies Aviation.
In an interview with MEGA, one of the Christmas gifts Gray wished was to bring home the Miss Universe crown. And now that she has received this gift, she is now set to be based in New York to fulfill her duties as Miss Universe 2018.
Catriona Gray is now the fourth Filipina to bring home the Miss Universe crown alongside with Gloria Diaz, Margie Moran, and Pia Wurtzbach.
