Everyone jumped and cheered when the clock struck midnight on the 1st of January. The beginning of new adventures, new memories, and new opportunities was upon us once again. However, that all came to a screeching halt when the COVID-19 pandemic hit. After just three months in, we were all told to stay at home, and only leave when completely necessary. This led to new indoor ventures and hobbies, which is how Blooms Artisan was born.

Like the fireworks that covered the sky on New Year’s, Blooms Artisan founder Catherine Calantog started her year with a bang by getting engaged. 2020 became about wedding preparations. As the planning only heightened her love for flowers, she eventually encountered the concept of dried flower arrangements. Unfortunately, when everyone’s lives were put on hold, so did her planning. However, that didn’t stop her from keeping herself busy by creating bouquets with the dried flowers she sourced.
To provide a little token of light and happiness to her loved ones, she decided to give them her own arrangements, and also started posting them on social media. Soon enough, she was receiving positive feedback and even requests here and there. Thus, Blooms Artisan was established. Blooms Artisan aims to redefine the way flowers are celebrated. They focus on dried flower arrangements that allow us to preserve all the beautiful memories behind them.
