Bianca’s authenticity is something that overflows. To a point that it spills over to her ever-evolving advocacies, craft, and views. Take the platform she co-founded with equally empowered women, #SheTalksAsia. Here, stories of women of various ages are given a stage. From domestic abuse, career, to taboo topics like money—#SheTalksAsia’s brilliant women founders have shaped a safe space for women to be themselves. Even the theme of the platform’s annual summit that’s slated in March, “Feel Seen,” is all about being authentically you and being seen.

Outspoken, she has sparked several conversations on women empowerment. Through her podcast-slash-Youtube-series, Paano ba ‘to, Bianca has explored touchy subjects such as the pressure of timelines for women. An advocacy that the host is profusely passionate about, one of her pieces of advice for women is something she wished to have received at an earlier age.

“There was something I heard from Michelle Obama that I really wished I heard when I was in my teens. She said that our most important task as women is to take the time to know ourselves.” She continued narrating how this sage advice shaped how she viewed empowered women,

“For me, that’s what an empowered woman is—someone who knows what she stands for, what she wants for herself and boldly pursues that.”

Dedicated to dispensing as much wisdom as she can, Gonzalez connected her last statement with a firm belief, “A modern empowered woman is also one who knows her worth. And I think that’s probably one of the hardest lessons to learn as a woman.”

Bianca’s online persona, @iamsuperbianca, is true to her everyday life as an empowered woman. Bianca is “super” indeed with the way she juggles raising her two beautiful kids whilst carrying so many hats—from leader, host, advocate, author, social media influencer and more. When asked how she possibly handles the gargantuan responsibility, she touts it as a natural state women have of being self-sacrificing.

“It’s difficult, but as women, we have this superpower to keep on going. No matter what odds are stacked against us, kailangan mong lumaban.”

The Paano Ba ‘To Host is also quick to dispel the thought of women emulating her footsteps. Instead, she champions the thought of taking inspiration but not necessarily following.

“Whatever my generation does, even though we may seem like we do it well, your generation will be doing it better. In the public industry, you will always see phrases like ‘The Next Pia Wurtzbach’ or ‘The Next Anne Curtis,’ but more and more, we are realizing that there is no ‘next’ because nag-iisa lang sila. But you are the first you and you should focus on that.”

Her powerful way of prodding the next generation to embrace themselves eloquently links with this, “It’s great to take inspiration from others that you look up to like ‘how did they do this’ and then create your own path based on your own strengths and experiences. That’s going to be super, super, way more powerful than you envisioning yourself in the shoes of someone else.”

“The way my life has panned out, I never really planned anything. I always just worked hard and the opportunities opened up from there,” was her candid response when asked about her near prospective endeavors. If anything, her answer clearly points to how she inspiringly takes life as it is and as she is.

Gonzalez has this impeccable persona that juxtaposes humbleness with confidence and gentleness with the right amount of assertiveness. Beyond her show of authenticity and advocacy for others to follow suit in being a master of oneself, Bianca is a reminder in the flesh that what empowers you, lies within the palace of your soul—yourself.
