In true Bianca fashion, the host makes another beauty statement as she welcomes a new year of her life
Aging gracefully is one of the many ways to describe Bianca Gonzalez. For those who have known her since her teenage years, you would be well aware that she matured in front of all forms of media. What started out as a modeling career has blossomed into blogging-turned-vlogging, writing, and hosting. Acknowledging the influence that she has built for years, Bianca always uses her platform to strongly advocate for her beliefs, and that includes being loud and proud of her morena skin.

As the host-slash-endorser host turns 40 this year, she makes yet another beauty statement. Bianca went back to her modeling roots and posed for her birthday portraits with the help of photographer BJ Pascual.
On her Instagram post, she writes, “I’ve been proud of my morena skin for many years, yes, but it’s only now that I’ve fully embraced and accepted all my body’s flaws and imperfections, peklats, dark knees and all. I still get conscious about it at times, but I’m no longer tough on myself about it. In this stage of my life, I feel confident to step in front of a lens with no make up on my face. Literally, just me.”
Bianca posed for a series of close up and body shots from the photographer, capturing her bare face with only a hint of lip oil on. In one of her photos, she also showed her new tattoos—the names of her daughters, Lucia and Carmen, in Bianca’s own handwriting.
For the host, this newfound confidence is anchored on her inner happiness that reflects on the outside, making her glow.
“And I guess now, the reason I want to have these portraits taken is not just because I fit a certain standard of what is “beautiful” in my mind. It’s really because I AM truly, genuinely HAPPY.”
