Ariana Grande Wears Furne One In Latest Music Video

By

Ever heard someone say, God is a woman? The phrase refers to Ariana Grande’s newest music video “God Is A Woman” which is a full-on display of heavenly bodies and celestial fashion. From the over ten garments Ariana wears in the video, two of them are creations of Filipino Dubai-based designer Furne One under his label Amato Couture.

According to Furne, Ariana’s style team reached out to him because they were looking for pieces that “reflected strong, unique, and powerful women.” All of this was happening as he was putting the final touches to his stunning MEGA Millennial Ball collection, shares the first MEGA Young Designers Competition (YDC) winner.

Ariana’s first One look is a denim piece embellished with sapphire jewels. Furne took inspiration from his previous “Love is a Battlefield” collection which is based on the fictional world of Anna Karenina, but revised it to add a millennial flair.

The young fashion icon continues to strike gold with her second One look, a golden feather neckpiece from the angel-inspired “Good and Evil” collection.

Furne shares that the “neckpiece was all made of hand cut metal sheets,” and to complement the look, it was paired with a black cape and Ariana’s signature thigh high boots.

Adding to this impressive step of Furne in the fashion industry, he shares that “it was truly quite an honor to work with pop-sensation, Ariana Grande alongside Dave Meyers,” the director of the video.
