All The Young Stars Who Served Major Fashion Looks At The 2021 Met Gala

The 2021 Met Gala saw a lot of younger stars serve the best fashion looks on the red carpet.

ICYMI: The 2021 Met Gala just finished and we were served some of the best fashion looks from our favorite stars. With younger stars dominating this year’s red carpet, we can’t help but watch in awe as most of them make their Met Gala debut in the most fashionable way.

From Lil Nas X’s three-piece ensemble to Lorde’s ethereal queen look, here are some of our favorite Met Gala looks from younger stars:

Olivia Rodrigo

The rising pop star is definitely looking happy and healthy as she walked the red carpet! Clad in a black Saint Laurent lace bodysuit lined with feathers, Olivia Rodrigo brought her edgy style to her first Met Gala. Her look was completed with a pair of black open-toed heels and statement earrings.

Lil Nas X

Just like most of the younger attendees, this year is also Lil Was X’s first time attending the Met Gala—and boy, did he make a debut. Looking like royalty in Versace, the rapper arrived in a golden cape that had a long train. He then took off the cape to show his golden suit of armor that definitely made a statement. His last surprise for the night was his golden body suit embellished in crystals and designed with Versace’s signature house print. A true LGBTQ+ icon, his Met Gala look tells a story of self-discovery and self-love—from hiding your true self to fighting for your truth and to finally living and loving your true self.

Symone

Wearing a floor length dress by Moschino, Symone definitely wowed onlookers and attendees with her golden look. The RuPaul’s Drag Race season 13 winner also wore her blonde hair in giant curls, and her eyes shaded with gold eyeshadow—the perfect look for fashion’s biggest night!

Kaia Gerber

Did someone say Old Hollywood? Looking like a 1950s Hollywood star, Kaia Gerber had her Met Gala debut in a black frock by Oscar de la Renta. Inspired by Bianca Jagger’s 1981 Met Gala dress that was created by Halston, Kaia Gerber got all the details—down to the floral accents

Lorde

Lorde is looking every bit of an ethereal goddess with her 2021 Met Gala look. Designed by Bode, the singer wore a long sleeved top with matching skirt, both lined with delicate beads. She accessorised with a beautiful crown that just made her look like a true queen.
