All The Designers Maymay Entrata Wore On Her First-Ever MEGAStyle Cover

By

Gracing us with her impeccable talent in fashion, Maymay Entrata will make your jaw-drop donning these breathtaking creations by Filipino designers.

Maymay Entrata is no longer new to the industry. She has proved over time her true talent in acting, hosting, dancing, and most especially for us, her irreproachable modeling. She has walked various prestigious runways of the fashion industry—both local and international—during the MEGA Fashion Week 2018 and the Arab Fashion Week 2018 for world-renowned designer Furne One, to name a few.

Now, Maymay has already graced the covers of MEGA a handful of times now. In fact, her most iconic cover yet was her Making MEGA in Germany. So, you may ask what’s the difference between MEGA and MEGAStyle and why does it matter that this is her first-ever for the latter. Whenever we put stars on the cover of MEGA, we want women to exude pure elegance and sophistication.

With MEGAStyle however, we envision personalities in looks they have never truly explored. We do our best to make them look unreal yet still fashionable. We challenge their talent to the limits to prove if they are as talented as they seem. And we’re delighted to say that Maymay evolved in her artistry beyond anyone’s expectation—from who she was before to who she is now.

In her cover, we shot the young star at the UP Vargas Museum. So, it was only fitting to make her as if a work of art in the new Millennium. We garbed her in the most avant-garde futuristic numbers, perfectly merging the beauty of art and fashion. Witness Maymay Entrata’s mindboggling shots in such intricate, luxurious designer pieces.

Neon Lights

Outshining every piece of art at the lobby of the museum, the young artist looked astonishing in a neon scuba jumpsuit by Jan Garcia, complemented by chartreuse silk mules embellished with Swarovski crystals by Jefferson Si.

Future Queen

Famed for her subversive femininity, Mara Chua’s golden balloon gown majestically made our cover star look like a queen of tomorrow, especially as she’s crowned with Russell Villafuerte’s intricately beaded headpiece.

The Invasion

Like a female warrior of the future, Maymay Entrata has no-holds-barred from exuding the fierceness of a supermodel. Donning a red armor-like serpentina gown, she gets to make everyone freeze with her stare wearing a beaded mask both by Russell Villafuerte.

Mirror, Mirror

Mirroring the past with a subtle hint of the present, she wears a deconstructed terno with a bayong print on silk gazar by Mara Chua. To complete this look, Maymay wore gold foil thigh-high strappy stiletto sandals by Jefferson Si.

Of Portraits And Paintings

Giving us the same beautiful aura, Maymay Entrata wears a yellow pleated suit blazer and flared trousers by Jessan Macatangay.

Time Travel

Traveling through time as if she’s part of the painting, the young star dons this surreal frock inspired by Salvador Dali worn over a mini Pietro-Perugino-inspired dress both by Job Dacon, and teamed with gold strapped stilettos by Jefferson Si.

Worst Nightmare

Channeling the irresistible allure of dark and unsettling artworks published centuries ago, Maymay looked beguiling in this black leather and tulle creation with asymmetrically exaggerated padded shoulder by Jan Garcia. We then paired it with a gold strapped stilettos by Jefferson Si.
