The Anvil Awards is a highly coveted award-giving body organized by the Public Relations Society of the Philippines (PRSP). It has been a long-standing symbol of excellence for PR campaigns, and one of the esteemed companies that were given such honor in this year’s Anvil Awards is MullenLowe MARC, the public relations unit of MullenLowe TREYNA.

Winning an Anvil Award is an excellent achievement for any PR practitioner or organization as it not only acknowledges their efforts, but it also sets a benchmark for excellence in the field. With MullenLowe MARC’s commitment to promoting best practices and elevating the standards of the PR industry in the Philippines through their clients, the magnitude of this recognition warrants a celebration for their strategic effectiveness, creativity, and impact within the PR community.

From Cetaphil’s big win, Unilever’s silver award, to Avon Philippines’ award-winning success, this is how MullenLowe paved the way to a promising future of the beauty industry.

Cetaphil’s first-ever award

Starting the winning lineup with a bang are Cetaphil’s two awards. It’s a momentous occasion for the brand as they emerge as the big winner in the group. With two prestigious awards under their belt, Cetaphil has made a mark in the skincare industry and beyond. Their Skin Awareness Month campaign led them to receive the top honors in the category of Special Events and Exhibits.

Cetaphil is a standout in its ability to create awareness and educate the masses on the importance of taking care of our skin. Meanwhile, their Level Up series, which won silver in the Product Launch category, is a testament to the brand’s commitment to innovation and delivering products that meet the needs of their customers. These two awards are a worthy recognition of their dedication to improving the lives of their customers through quality products.

Unilever’s silver accolade

Unilever has always been a known mother brand in the beauty and personal care industry, which is why it is no surprise to see them be recognized for their excellence at the 58th Anvil Awards.

The Unilever hair care brand TRESemmé has won a silver award in the Special Events category for their TRESemmé House of Salon. This event showcased TRESemmé’s expertise in the hair care industry, making their partner agency MullenLowe MARC’s win a haul of three awards.

Three awards for Avon Philippines

Completing the triumphant roster is Avon Philippines. This local beauty brand has always been one that advocates for women’s empowerment, and its three awards at the 58th Anvils are a testament to their unwavering commitment to their cause.

The three awards they received were a silver award for their podcast titled SpeakOut Dialogues, Beauty For All’s silver grant in Publications, and another silver recognition for their #NormalForMe campaign dedicated to Breast Cancer Awareness. This was definitely a reflection of Avon’s impactful contributions, empathizing with the stories of its consumers.

MullenLowe MARC also became a PR Agency of the Year nominee for the second time around. Indeed, a fruitful start of the year for a company that believes technology fosters great ideas, diversity inspires originality, and creativity fuels the fiercely competitive marketing industry.
