MEGA 2018 Holiday Gift Guide To Rust

MEGA 2018 Holiday Gift Guide To Rust

By

There are many ways to beat the cold season. You can put on a puffy jacket or sip a cup of hot tea. But one has to know that embracing yourself with the right colors makes a lot of difference as well. There’s always been something comforting about embracing yourself with a warm palette. Rust, for one, has been a constant in my year-round palette.

Earthy tones having compliment my skin tone is probably one of the reasons why. It’s my comfort zone—where I feel most at ease in. It’s the only neutral color that doesn’t feel dreary. The warmth of the color makes it easier to work with—having it mixed and matched with other colors in the hue. Not to mention, it works perfectly just about any time of the year. Add a rusty accent with a comfy pair of shoes or your bag, top a white ensemble with a rust-colored blazer, or put on a subtle hint with an accessory. Own the color and do it any way you want—this rich color might just be the perfect one for you.
